Absolutely unfriendly staff!

This place has an unbeatable location-just a short walk to everywhere you need to go. the rooms are nicely furnished and pretty quiet, plus they come with cable TV and a private bathroom. the staff here are also responsible and attentive. 😊.

Had a fairly nice stay for holidays, everything was perfect. We had an individual safe and a TV in the single room. The bathroom was clean with essentials. Central location of this affordable hotel was a bonus

Location: the hotel was just next door to beach, parks and shopping/cafes, great restaurants, major hotels and the shopping district of Miraflores and Kennedy Park and the Miraflores boardwalk. Tried some takeout specials at La Lucha Sangucheria Criolla, luckily it was at a short distance from the venue❤

The location of the hotel in a quiet neighborhood was wonderful. The staff was attentive and provided us with a well-furnished and quiet room. The room had a private bath, cable TV, and sofas, making it a really good stay all in all.

The room was nicely furnished and had a decent size. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and they provided hypo-allergenic pillows. They offered a good selection of hot drinks, tea, fresh bread, muesli, fruit. The hotel is in a particularly good location, only a 15-minute walk to a landscaped park.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I thoroughly enjoyed the clean and spacious rooms, which provided a comfortable and cozy atmosphere. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, offering great suggestions for nearby dining options and arranging transportation to and from the airport. the hotel's key location allowed us to easily explore the surrounding area and visit popular attractions within walking distance.

One aspect that I found disappointing was the lack of variety in the breakfast options, as it remained the same every day. Another issue I encountered was a mistake in my reservation, which resulted in it being cancelled.

The staff here is super loyal and always has our backs. The bed is so cozy and the rooms are spotless. 😊

The staff at the hotel were not very friendly or helpful. They did not speak much English, making communication difficult.
